About the role
CampusPing is hiring Tele-calling Executives to connect with MP Online Kendra operators and students across Madhya Pradesh. You will be responsible for outreach calls, explaining our reseller program and student membership benefits, and converting leads into active partners/subscribers.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to MP Online Kendra centers and prospective resellers Explain CampusPing's reseller program, benefits, and commission structure Follow up on leads generated through WhatsApp and marketing campaigns Handle basic objections and answer queries about the program Maintain call records and update lead status daily Coordinate with the sales team for scheduling in-person meetings
Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus) Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for lead tracking Prior tele-calling or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory Comfortable making 50+ calls per day Own smartphone required
