1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CampusPing mobile application and website at campusping.com (the "Service"), operated by Parshva Web Solutions, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, downloading the app, or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use CampusPing.
2. Who May Use CampusPing
CampusPing is intended for university and college students in Madhya Pradesh, generally aged 17 and above. You must provide accurate information during signup (including a valid Indian mobile number for WhatsApp OTP). You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. The Service
CampusPing provides university and student-focused information and tools, including alerts, vacancies, scholarships, results, timetables, study materials / PYQs, GK quizzes, games, CP Wallet rewards, and CPBot AI study help. Content is aggregated from official and other public sources where available. Always verify critical details (deadlines, eligibility, results) on the official university or government notice. We are not a university, exam board, or placement authority.
4. Membership and Payments
Some features require an annual membership. Prices shown in the app include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Membership length and benefits are as described at purchase. Activation via a campus partner may use a partner code and a different price. Refunds, if any, follow our stated refund practice and applicable law. Partner registration fees (when enabled) are separate and non-refundable once paid, as disclosed at checkout.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Misuse OTP, referrals, rewards, or partner codes • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service • Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content • Impersonate others or provide false partnership details • Use the Service for spam or unauthorized commercial solicitation We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Partner Program
Business partners and TPOs who apply via campusping.com/partner-onboard or the partner portal are subject to additional partner terms, commission rules, and verification checks. Approval is at our discretion. Partner portal credentials are confidential and may not be shared.
7. Intellectual Property
CampusPing branding, app design, software, and original content are owned by Parshva Web Solutions or its licensors. University notices and external PDFs remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy or redistribute our brand assets without permission.
8. Privacy
How we collect and use personal data is described in our Privacy Policy at https://campusping.com/privacy-policy. By using the Service, you also acknowledge that policy.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that every university update will appear instantly. AI features (including CPBot) may produce incomplete or incorrect answers — use them as study aids, not as authoritative advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Parshva Web Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, missed deadlines, exam outcomes, or decisions based on third-party or aggregated content. Our aggregate liability for a claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for membership in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is posted at https://campusping.com/terms with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
