Eligibility
Officers under the Central Government or State Governments or Union territories holding analogous posts on regular basis or with 5 years service in grade rendered after appointment on regular basis in level 12 and possessing Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Electronics/Telecommunications/Communications/Computer Science/Information Technology or Master degree in Physics/Computer Applications with 10 years experience in Radio Communication, Computer Communication or Satellite Communication.
