Eligibility
For Advisors: Retired/voluntarily retired personnel from Government Departments/PSUs with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience. For Senior Consultants: Post graduation degree/Management degree and minimum 5 years of experience in the respective field.

Pay scale
For Advisors: As per DoPT guidelines (fixed remuneration arrived at by deducting basic pension from last pay drawn). For Senior Consultants: Rs.30,000 to Rs.40,000 p.m. plus Conveyance Rs.2,500 to 3,000 p.m.

On the basis of qualification and experience, candidates will be shortlisted and called for a personal interview.
