Eligibility
Officers of the Central Government or State Governments or Union territories or Public Sector Undertakings or Semi-Government or Autonomous or Statutory Organisations holding analogous posts on regular basis, or with 6 years regular service in Level-5 (Rs. 29200 - 92300), or 10 years regular service in Level-4 (Rs. 25500 - 81100). Must possess a Bachelor's degree and 1 year experience in staff welfare activities.
