Eligibility
Associate Consultant-HR: Regular Graduate with 60% and Regular MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial relations with 55% + 3 years post-qualification HR experience. Associate Consultant – Finance & Accounts: B.Com/B.Com (Hons) with 60% + CA/CFA/ICWA/MBA-Finance/M.Com + 3 years post-qualification experience in accounts, financial statements, taxation, and ERP/Tally software.
