Eligibility
Retired senior judicial officer; retired civil servant not below the rank of Additional Collector or equivalent; retired Principal of a reputed Engineering college; retired Professor of Electrical Engineering; or retired senior electrical engineer of the Government, preferably with working knowledge of Marathi.
