Eligibility
Serving in State Government or State Public Sector Undertaking in rank of Special Secretary, Executive Director, Chief General Manager or equivalent in Pay Matrix Level-17 (min 5 years), min 30 years professional experience, min 5 years experience in project approval, land acquisition, execution of large projects, statutory clearances. Engineering background with MBA preferred. Max 60 years of age.
