The Zoological Survey of India (ZSI) has invited applications for 3 posts of Consultants and Project Associate-II for the project on Documentation of traditional knowledge in wildlife conservation. The positions are purely temporary for a period of 14 months. Eligibility
Master’s degree in Science or Arts with relevant experience and publications for Consultants, or Retired Government Employees with specified grade pay. For Project Associate-II, M.A. in Arts (Archeology/History/other relevant subjects) with two years of research experience.

- Note65 years for Consultant (A/B/C) posts and 35 years for Project Associate-II. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PH applies to PA-II as per government rules.

Pay scale
Consultant A: ₹60,000, Consultant B: ₹80,000, Consultant C: ₹1,00,000, Project Associate-II: ₹35,000 + HRA
Selection process
Shortlisting based on educational qualifications and experience, followed by an interview via virtual or hybrid mode.
