Eligibility
BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech (Preferably Electronics & Communication/IT/Computer Science/Electrical & Electronics or equivalent) with minimum 22 years post qualification experience in Telecommunications/IT Project Management or technical leadership with experience in Network Management Systems, Element Management Systems/OSS (Operational Support Systems), network design, Scalable IT system design and architecture and working with Government Departments/PSUs.
