Eligibility
Consultant (Finance): CA or CMA/ICWA with either retirement at E-3 level or above (max 63 years) or 8 years experience (max 45 years). Consultant (Civil Engineering): BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with either retirement at E-1 level or above (max 63 years) or 3 years experience (max 30 years).
