Eligibility
Retired officials from Central Government/ State Government/ PSUs/ Autonomous Bodies/ Universities/ Govt. R&D Organizations who retired from Level-11 (7th CPC) or equivalent with experience in development and testing of anti-vibration materials/mounts, composite fabrication, etc.

Pay scale
