Eligibility
A Degree of a recognized University in India; Proficiency in Shorthand with a speed of 120 w.p.m. in English; Knowledge of computer operation with a typing speed of 40 w.p.m.; Holding analogous post on regular basis or minimum 5 years' regular service in the cadre of Private Secretary/Senior PA/PA/Senior Stenographer, working in High Courts and District Courts.

Selection process
Shorthand Skill Test (English at 120 w.p.m. with max 5% mistakes, 100 marks, 50 passing marks) followed by interaction and perusal of ACRs/APARs and vigilance clearance.
