Eligibility
Applicants must be employees of the All India Services or Central Civil Services or Autonomous Organizations or Regulatory Authorities or Universities or Academic or Research Institutions etc. of Central/State Governments with required educational qualifications and experience as per posts.

Selection process
Selection on deputation basis through Selection Committee as per DOPT guidelines.

- Fill out the prescribed Pro-forma along with up-to-date APARs of the last five years.
