The scale of pay ranges from Rs. 37400-79000 to Rs. 59300-120900 depending on the post. Eligibility
Eligible State Government employees with required postgraduate degrees, regular service experience, leadership experience, and proficiency in Malayalam as specified for each post.

Selection process
Applications will be scrutinised by a committee, and shortlisted candidates will be called for a presentation and interview.

- Obtain certificates from the parent department certifying no disciplinary action/vigilance cases are pending along with work and conduct certificate and No Objection Certificate (NOC).
