Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO) has invited applications for 15 posts of DRDO Chair, DRDO Distinguished Fellowships, and DRDO Fellowships on a contractual basis for retired central government/autonomous body officers. Eligibility
Retired officers from Central Government/Autonomous Bodies (such as Scientists or Lt. Generals/Major Generals in Pay Level-14, 15, or 16) who have retired or are due to retire by 30 November, 2026.

Pay scale
₹80,000/- to ₹1,25,000/- per month (Fixed monthly honorarium restricted to the amount arrived by deducting basic pension from the last basic pay drawn)
Selection process
Screening committee examination followed by recommendation and final selection by a Selection Committee subject to approval by the Competent Authority.

- Prepare neatly typed application on A-4 size paper.
- Attach required documents including PPO, ID Card, Aadhar Card, PAN Card, and passport size photograph.
- Ensure applications are endorsed by the concerned Lab/Estt. Director and Cluster DGs.
