Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) has invited online applications for engagement of 210 ITI Trade and Technician (Vocational) Apprentices for a one-year training period under the Apprentices Act 1961. Candidates with ITI or VHSE qualifications who are domiciles of Kerala can apply online from 16 September 2026 to 08 October 2026. The monthly stipend is ₹11,000/-, and there is no application fee.

Eligibility
Pass in Xth standard and ITI (National Trade Certificate - NTC) in respective trades for ITI Trade Apprentices, or Pass in Vocational Higher Secondary Education (VHSE) in the concerned discipline for Technician (Vocational) Apprentices. Must be a domicile of Kerala. Minimum age 18 years as on 08.10.2026.

Pay scale

Selection process
Short-listing of candidates based on percentage of marks obtained in the prescribed qualification. Shortlisted candidates will be called for certificate verification.

- Complete One-time Registration in the SAP E-recruitment portal of CSL.
- Submit the online application against the applicable Trade/Vocation, ensuring all certificates and photo are uploaded.
- Retain a soft copy or printout of the submitted application containing the unique registration number.
