Eligible law graduates with relevant years of practice experience can apply through speed post or registered post within 21 days of the notice publication (last date: 14/11/2026). No retainership fee shall be paid.

Eligibility
Degree in law from a UGC recognized University and duly enrolled with concerned Bar Council, along with required years of practice experience (7 to 12 years depending on the court/forum).

Pay scale
As per fee schedule for Advocates decided by Union of India vide Office Memorandum No. J-12011/6/2025-Judicial/E.158060 dated February 5, 2026.
Selection process
Shortlisting based on length of practice, specialization, infrastructure, track record, and subsequent interaction by the Empanelment Committee.
How to apply
- Download the prescribed application format from the official website of SPMCIL.
- Fill out separate applications for each forum if applying for more than one Court, and super-scribe the envelope with the relevant Court.
- Attach required documents including Law Degree, Enrolment certificate, ID card, 10 judgment copies, and prior PSU/Govt empanelment orders.
