Eligibility
Degree or Post Graduate Degree in relevant engineering/technology/science disciplines (Mechanical, Production, Chemical, Botany, Agronomy, Ceramic, Glass, Leather Technology, etc.) from a recognized University/Institution with 7 to 15 years of relevant experience depending on the post.

- NoteNot exceeding 50 years (45 years for Director, CFTI Agra); relaxable up to 5 years for SC/ST/Internal candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates as per Govt rules.

Pay scale
Level-12 to Level-13A (7th CPC), Entry Pay ranging from Rs. 78,800/- to Rs. 1,31,100/- plus DA, TA, HRA as per rules.
Selection process
Interview based on eligibility and qualifications, with experience relaxation applicable at the discretion of the Chairman, Governing Council.
