Eligibility
Ph.D. with consistently good academic record (at least 55% at bachelor's and master's level) and minimum 10 years of sectoral/research/teaching experience (8 years as Assistant/Associate Professor) or industry experience in international trade, economics, economic diplomacy, law, or related disciplines.
