Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (MERC) invites offline applications for filling up 2 posts of Independent Member for the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF) in Amravati and Wardha circles. Selected candidates will receive a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 35,000/- per month for a fixed contract term of 3 years. Eligibility
Candidates shall have experience of working for at least 10 years on matters concerning consumer grievances and must be well conversant with the Marathi language. Preference will be given to representatives of registered voluntary consumer protection organizations, industrial associations, or persons residing in the same CGRF location.

Pay scale
Rs. 35,000/- per month (inclusive of allowances such as sitting fees, honorarium, conveyance allowance, telephone charges, etc.)
Selection process
Selection process may be on the basis of an interview to be conducted by the Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission, along with verification of integrity and background.
