Eligibility
Retired Non-gazetted staff of Indian Railways who held the same cadre/category upto three levels higher than the post against which re-engagement is being considered. Age up to 65 years.

Pay scale
Fixed monthly amount arrived at by deducting basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement.
Selection process
Merit of the requirement and suitability of the candidate for the job based on work experience in the relevant field and committee assessment.
How to apply
- Download the application format from the RWF website www.rwf.indianrailways.gov.in.
- Fill out the application in the prescribed format on A-4 size paper and paste a passport size photograph.
- Enclose self-attested photocopies of Service Certificate, Pensioner Identity Card, and Pension Payment Order (PPO).
- Send the application by Ordinary post or e-mail to [email protected], superscribing the envelope 'Application for Re-engagement of Retired Railway Employees', to reach The Senior Personnel Officer, Rail Wheel Factory, Yelahanka, Bangalore-560 064 on or before 06.11.2026 by 17:00 Hrs.
