Defence Institute of High-Altitude Research (DIHAR), DRDO has announced a walk-in interview for 17 Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and Research Associate (RA) positions. The walk-in interview is scheduled for 14 Oct 2026 at Leh (Union Territory of Ladakh). Stipend is Rs. 37,000/- per month for JRF and Rs. 67,000/- per month for RA plus HRA as per rules.

Eligibility
For JRF: B.E/B.Tech in first division with valid GATE score or M.Tech in first division at both Graduate and Post-graduate level in relevant subjects. For RA: Ph.D or 03 years of research, teaching or design or development experience after M.Tech with at least one research paper in SCI journal.

- Note28 years for JRF and 35 years for RA as on date of walk-in-interview. Relaxable for SC, ST & OBC candidates as per Gol orders.
