Eligibility
Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university (or equivalent). Age 20–30 years as on 01.08.2026 (born not later than 01.08.2006 and not earlier than 02.08.1996), with relaxations for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-servicemen as per rules. Must be proficient (read/write/speak) in the local language of the applied state. Apply for vacancy of one state only. Candidates who did not study the local language in 10th/12th must clear Language Proficiency Test before interview.

Pay scale
Assistant Manager Scale-I: Basic ₹48,480–85,920 (as on 01.08.2026) + DA/HRA/CCA as applicable. Probation 2 years. Service bond ₹2,00,000 for minimum 3 years.
Selection process
Online Examination (140 Q / 200 marks / 3 hours: Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, Banking Awareness, Data Analysis & Interpretation, English) → Language Proficiency Test (if applicable) → Personal Interview (100 marks). Weightage Online Exam : Interview = 80:20. State-wise and category-wise merit. Min qualifying: Online exam 30% reserved / 35% UR; Interview 45% reserved / 50% UR.
