Academic Qualification (60 marks pro-rated), Relevant Experience (20 marks), Viva-Voce (20 marks); Total - 100 marks.

- Fill out the application form and attach self-attested copies of required documents (10th pass, Graduation, PG/Master Degree, Ladakh Residence Certificate, Aadhar Card, Experience Certificates).
- Submit the application form through physical mode to the Office of the Mission Director, State Health Society on or before 30th September 2026 at 4:30 PM.
