Officers of Central/State Government/U.T/Autonomous Bodies/Universities/Public Sector Undertaking/R&D Organization/Statutory/Local Self Government Bodies with required analogous posts/grade pay and specific educational qualifications like 10+2 in Science with 7 years' experience or ITI/Trade Certificate in Mechanical Engg with 5 years' experience for Manifold Technician, and analogous post or 8 years regular service as plumber for Senior Plumber.
