Eligibility
Certificate of Competency as Master (NCV) or Mate of a foreign going ship issued under the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958 or an equivalent qualification recognized by Ministry of Shipping, Government of India.

- NoteUpper age limit shall not exceed 55 years for employees of Major Port Authorities of India possessing prescribed qualifications.
