Eligibility
Class X pass / ITI or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or Institution. Must be a citizen of India and an inhabitant of Arunachal Pradesh with PRC, holding APST certificate, and able to speak any of the Indigenous Tribal Languages of Arunachal Pradesh.
