Officers of the Central Govt. or State Govt. or Union Territory Administrations or Public sector undertaking or Universities or recognized research institutions or semi-government or autonomous bodies or statutory organizations holding analogous posts on regular basis, or with regular service in specified pay levels/matrix, and max age not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date.
