Defence Institute of Advanced Technology (DIAT), Pune has announced a walk-in-interview for 3 vacancies for Senior Research Fellow (SRF) and Junior Research Fellow (JRF) positions under a Ministry of Earth Sciences sponsored research project. The monthly stipend is ₹42,000/- + 30% HRA for SRF and up to ₹37,000/- + 30% HRA for JRF. Eligibility
B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc. in Electronics Engg, Electronics and Telecommunication, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Physics/Electronics Science/Applied Physics/Optics/Photonics or equivalent in First Division with NET/GATE OR M.E./M.Tech in First Division both at Graduate and Post graduate level, with relevant research/teaching experience for SRF.

- NoteUpper age-limit is not to exceed 32 Years for SRF and 28 Years for JRF. Relaxable up to 05 years for SC/ST, Women & PwBD and 03 years for OBC (NCL) candidates.
