Eligibility
B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc. or M.E./M.Tech in Electronics/Physics/Applied Physics/Optics/Photonics with First Division. NET/GATE qualification required for higher stipend, with relevant research/teaching/industrial experience for SRF.

Pay scale
SRF: ₹42,000/- + 30% HRA (₹33,000/- + 30% HRA without GATE/NET). JRF: ₹37,000/- + 30% HRA for 1st & 2nd year and ₹42,000/- + 30% HRA for 3rd year (₹30,000/- + 30% HRA without GATE/NET).
Selection process
