Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Western Region, has invited online applications for the engagement of 335 Trade, Technician, and Graduate Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973 for locations across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Daman & Diu, and Dadra & Nagar Haveli. Candidates aged between 18 and 24 years as on 30.09.2026 with requisite ITI, Diploma, Graduation, or Class 12 qualifications can apply online via the NAPS/NATS portals from 05.10.2026 to 04.11.2026.

Eligibility
Matric / ITI / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics) / Regular Graduation (BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA) / Class 12th or Data Entry Operator Skill Certificate depending on the discipline.

Pay scale
As prescribed under the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973 and Apprentices Rules.
Selection process
Selection will be based on the percentage of marks secured in the essential prescribed qualification for the respective post followed by document verification and pre-engagement medical fitness test. There will be no written test or interview.

- Register online on the respective NAPS/NATS portal (NAPS for ITI/Data Entry Operator, NATS for Diploma/Graduate Apprentices).
- Login to the portal and apply for the apprenticeship openings using IOCL Western Region Establishment IDs (NATS - WMHMCC000053, NAPS - E01172700332).
- Ensure the profile is 100% complete and submit the application before 04.11.2026 (5:00 PM).
