Eligibility

Pay scale
Rs. 9,600/- per month for ITI, Rs. 10,900/- per month for Diploma, and Rs. 12,300/- per month for Graduate Apprentices (or as per MSDE, GoI rates).
Selection process
Shortlisting based on academic merit through a walk-in process by assigning 30% weight-age to Class-X marks and 70% to Degree/Diploma/ITI marks.

- Apply for the respective trade/discipline under SAIL Bhilai Steel Plant establishment.
- Take a printout of the filled-in online application.
- Attend the walk-in document verification at Room No 123, HRDC Bhilai Steel Plant, Chhattisgarh 490001 as per the scheduled dates with required self-attested documents and medical certificate.
