Officers of Central/State Governments, PSUs, Autonomous or Statutory bodies holding analogous posts on regular basis or with 5 years regular service in Pay Band-3 (Rs. 15600-39100 + GP Rs. 5400/-), possessing a degree in any Biological Sciences (including Agriculture) from a recognized University.
